We have travelled to Darjeeling through Travoke which we found in Travel Triangle. The quotes provided is the best amongst all agencies. Mr. Shahrukh has been coordinating with us right from the beginning of our travel plan and till the day we return to our homes. Well organized tour. Shahrukh helped us with all the details of the tour, he is very familiar with all the places and provided excellent guidance while booking the tour for our family. Good hotels and daily follow up by tour operator during the tour to make sure all the logistics were taken care. We were given multiple vehicles during the tour, probably one single vehicle and driver would have been more comfortable. Some of the drivers were rushing towards the destination as they were in a hurry to complete their assignment. Sikkim is a great tourist destination, very scenic and pleasant. We got to know about travoke through Travel triangle. We took a Sikkim, Darjeeling package. For a rough hilly terrain, the guidance of Mr.Shahrukh right from the quote stage till the end was awesome and assuring. We had gone for a week holiday in Bali with friends. I was extremely busy before the holiday, hence my friends made the entire arrangements and thanks to them. My friend got in touch with Travoke team and planned the entire trip.
When we landed in Bali from that very day, the amazing experience kicked-off. It all started with a well groomed and experienced person receiving us from the airport. He explained our plan for the next 4/5 days and the timings. His name was Ayam and became a part of our pack :). His commitment towards his duty is unparalleled and what stands-out is his behaviour.
Also- during our trip the team from Kolkata was always available for any changes that we made during the trip and accommodated all our requests. The trip was planned to the perfection and they took us to the best of the spots (not mentioning the beauty of Bali here). The entire experience was made special by Travoke team at Kolkata and their local handler in Bali. We would like to do more trips in coming days and will surely ask Travoke for their support.
